BQE Software discontinued support for BillQuick 2010 starting May 2013. Currently only Critical Updates are available for this version. To view a list of the 2010 version numbers, click here. Older Versions of BillQuick Software can still be used, but are now sunsetted.
To ensure timely and accurate support services to BillQuick Customers, BQE Software’s policy is to provide technical support for only the three latest versions. Older versions of software in the BillQuick Family are sunsetted. While users may continue to use the software for as long as they wish, technical support, updates and patches will no longer be provided. Users of older versions with support contracts will receive technical support until the contract expires. The contract may not be renewed or extended for a product which has been sunsetted.
