With a remarkable track record in strategic leadership and a wealth of experience in the technology and finance sectors, Cooper brings a fresh perspective to drive BQE Software's continued growth and innovation. Cooper joins BQE Software after a successful tenure as Senior Vice President of Growth at Serent Capital, a leading private equity firm specializing in high-growth technology and services businesses. During his eight-year tenure at Serent Capital, Cooper played a pivotal role building new capabilities at Serent’s companies and fostering rapid growth.
 In particular, Cooper worked with over a dozen software companies, many serving small and medium businesses. His role was to work closely with those companies to identify and deliver ways of adding value to their customers. According to Cooper, “I’ve found that building great companies boils down to being ‘customer-obsessed’ - listening to and learning from customers to deliver value-added features and a great experience.” In his new role as CEO of BQE Software, Cooper is poised to lead the company into its next phase of growth and expansion with a goal of being laser-focused on delivering a great customer experience.
